In a bold move to redefine the eco-luxury sector, British fashion brand LØCI has expanded its presence from the physical world to the digital realm. Launched in mid-2021 with the aim of uniting style and purpose, LØCI is now making waves within the metaverse.

By partnering with Aglet, the popular geo-location digital sneaker collecting game that captivates millions of users across the globe every month, LØCI is amplifying its mission of sustainability and innovation.

In November 2022, a remarkable partnership sparked a wave of excitement and inspiration within the Aglet community.

Thousands of Aglet players from around the world participated in the legendary “Creators Month” contest, embracing the opportunity to showcase their creativity and love for Mother Earth through ingenious sneaker designs. With over 30,000 entries and 250,000 votes on their favourite designs, this spirited competition showcased a wealth of exciting and visionary talent determined to move culture forward.

An esteemed panel of industry insiders selected an impressive 24 semi-finalists whose designs have been transformed into 1-of-1 NFT via Aglet’s app – available to an increasingly vast global network.

Through a very intensive and interactive selection process, LØCI and Aglet proudly announced the Grand Prize winner, Pyonkiti, Aglet enthusiast and Japan-based creator, who designed the first Aglet x LØCI IRL sneaker, reimagining the LØCI Seven silhouette.

This special, limited-edition collaboration sneaker will be available on LØCIwear.com on April 25th at 8am (Japan time)
